I had a Terrible state manager named Sarah Dewitt - She created a hostile and unsafe environment for me as an employee. She would often influence team members and managers to bully me and create and environment where I was not favoured by my own team. She would create gossip within the state.

I should be making a reasonable amount money of compared to the amount of work

Stock options, i am doing the work they gain the success

Benefits meeting the market a bit more. Like a bicycle plan, stock plan in more layers of the company. Compensating more working from home expenses. Allow more meetups together. If not possible in big groups, then in smaller team outings. Getting to know your colleagues.
