Mr. Valentios Valentis, also Known as Eddie, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pyxis Tankers Inc. since its inception. Mr. Valentis founded PYXIS MARITIME CORP. in 2007 and serves as its President. He has been Managing Director of KONKAR SHIPPING AGENCIES S.A., since 2001. He has more than 25 years of shipping industry experience, including owning, operating and managing tankers. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Pyxis Tankers Inc. From 1998 to 2001, he served as the Commercial Manager for Loucas G. Matsas Salvage & Towage. From 1996 to 1998, he worked as a dry cargo chartering broker for N. Cotzias Shipping. From 1989 to 1995, he was involved in the operation of his family's drybulk vessels. Mr. Valentis holds a Captain's (Class C) diploma from the Aspropyrgos Naval Academy in Greece. He has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.Sc from Landsdowne College, London.

Mr. Henry P. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Pyxis Tankers Inc. since August 5, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Williams has approximately 35 years of commercial, investment and merchant banking experience. He served as Managing Director and Head of Maritime, Energy Services & Infrastructure (U.S.) investment banking at Canaccord Genuity Inc. from March 20, 2014 to January 2015. He served as a financial consultant to Maritime and its affiliates since February 2015. He focused on a broad range of assignments, including public offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions advisory work. He was responsible for Canaccord Genuity's banking efforts focused on the maritime shipping/offshore, energy services and energy infrastructure sectors. From August 2012 to February 2014, Mr. Williams served as a Senior Advisor to North Sea Securities LLC. He served as Managing Director, Global Sector Head-Shipping, Corporate Finance at Nordea Markets and also as Managing Director and Head of US Investment Banking from November 2010 to June 2012. From 1992 to 2010, he was employed by Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. (formerly, Fahnestock & Co. Inc.). He served as Senior Vice President at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He served as Managing Director and Head of Energy & Transportation Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. He joined Fahnestock in 1993 through the acquisition of Reich & Co. His previous financial experience includes Jesup & Lamont, a boutique merchant bank which focused on leverage buyouts, high yield debt and equity private placements; CIBC Wood Gundy in Corporate Finance; and Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now part of JP Morgan Chase). His transactional experience includes a broad range of financial products and services including offerings for a long list of companies in US as well as in Canada and Europe. Mr. Williams has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College and an MBA in Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Mr. Antonios C. Backos, J.D. has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Secretary at Pyxis Tankers Inc. since its inception. Mr. Backos has been Consultant to Pyxis's affiliates since June 2013. He has been Executive Director of AB Management LLC since October 2012. He has over 15 years of strategic corporate shipping transaction experience. He was a partner focusing on capital markets, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate cross-border transactions at the international law firms of Watson, Farley & Williams LLP from 2008 to 2012. He was a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2006 to 2008 and Healy & Baillie LLP from 2005 to 2006. He commenced his corporate legal career in 1997 and worked until 2005 at the New York and London offices of international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. He is a Member of the New York Bar, the Connecticut Maritime Association and the Maritime Law Association of the United States. Mr. Backos has a B.S. (Wharton School of Business) and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and graduate degrees from the London School of Economics (M.Sc.) and the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.).

Mr. Konstantinos Lytras has been the Chief Operating Officer of Pyxis Tankers Inc. since its inception. Mr. Lytras has been Director of Financial Department at Pyxis Maritime Corp. since September 2008. He has over 23 years of shipping industry experience. Prior to joining Maritime, from 2007 to 2008, he served as Managing Director and Co-Founder of Navbulk Shipping S.A., a dry bulk operator. From 2002 to 2007, he served as Financial Director of Neptune Lines Shipping and Managing Enterprises S.A. He served as Financial Controller of Dioryx Maritime Corp. and Liquimar Tankers Management Inc. from 1996 to 2002. He was a Financial Assistant at Inchcape Shipping Services from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Lytras earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Technological Institute of Piraeus and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Athens.
