Ms. Mary Dean Hall has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer at Quaker Chemical Corporation since November 30, 2015. Ms. Hall joined Quaker from Eastman Chemical Company where she served as Vice President and Treasurer since 2009. She held various senior financial and treasury positions of increasing responsibility with Eastman since 1995. Before her career at Eastman, she held financial and banking positions with Nalco Chemical and various banks, including Citibank. Jeffry Benoliel has been Vice President and Global Leader of Metalworking, Can & Mining at Quaker Chemical Corporation since July 1, 2011 and May 1, 2014 and served as its Corporate Secretary since 1998 until March 2015. Mr. Benoliel served as Global Leader - Metalworking & Fluid Power at Quaker Chemical Corporation since June 15, 2011. Mr. Benoliel served as the Vice President of Global Strategy at Quaker Chemical Corporation and as its General Counsel from October 2001 to March 15, 2012. Previously, he served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Quaker Chemical Corporation from January 2001 to September 2008. Mr. Benoliel served as an Officer of Quaker Chemical Corp. since May 1998 and served as its Director of Corporate Legal Affairs since May 1996.

Mr. Joseph A. Berquist has been the Vice President and Managing Director of North America Operations at Quaker Chemical Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Berquist has over 13 years of experience with Quaker, resulting in a strategic background and direct experience in Quaker's Steel, Metalworking and Fluid Power businesses. He joined Quaker North America in 1997 as a Technical Service Specialist quickly moving into product management and sales management positions. In 2007 he was named Industry Business Director - Metalworking/Fluid Power and in late 2008 became Senior Director - Commercial, Quaker North America. Prior to joining Quaker, Mr. Berquist held a technical manager position at AK Steel in Middletown, OH. He holds B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Mr. Adrian Steeples has been Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Quaker Chemical Corporation since July 1, 2013. Mr. Steeples served as Industry Business Director ' Metalworking at Quaker Chemical from March 2011 to June 2013 and Manager, European and Global Special Projects, from May 2010 to February 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he worked for the BP Group serving as BP/Castrol European and Asian Pacific Sales Director in Industrial Lubricants and Services from January 2009 through December 2009.

Mr. Robert T. Traub, Esq., has been a Vice President and Corporate Secretary Quaker Chemical Corporation since April 1, 2015 and has been its General Counsel since April 2012. Mr. Traub served as the Director of Global Corporate Compliance at Quaker Chemical Corporation since April 2012. He has been with Quaker since 2000 and served as its Senior Counsel. Prior to Quaker Chemical, he worked for Penske Truck Leasing and in private practice.

Mr. Dieter Laininger serves as the Managing Director of South America and Vice President at Quaker Chemical Corporation since January 2013 and June 2011 respectively and has also been its Global Leader - Primary Metals since June 2011. Mr. Laininger served as Vice President of Global Primary Metals at Quaker Chemical Corporation since June 15, 2011. He joined Quaker in 1991 and is responsible for developing and driving the Quaker's global Steel strategies, including its aluminum business; managing the global research and technical positions to help support regional priorities; and providing oversight for the primary metals business following business, product and competitive activities and trends. Prior to his current position, he held a number of managerial positions within Quaker's European Region including Industry Business Manager for Steel and Metalworking since 2005; Regional Industry Manager, Steel from 2000 until 2005.

Mr. Wilbert Platzer has been Vice President and Managing Director of EMEA at Quaker Chemical Corporation since January 2006. Mr. Platzer served as the President of Quaker Chemical Corporation. He served as Managing Director of Europe Operations of Quaker Chemical Corporation since January 1, 2006. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Quaker Chemical Corp. from January 2001 to June 2005. He served as Vice President of Global Industrial Metalworking from July 2005 to December 2005. From March 1996 to June 1999, Mr. Platzer served as Managing Director of Quaker Chemical B.V., Quaker Chemical Corp.'s Dutch affiliate, and since July 1999, he served as Director of Operations--Europe.

Ron Ettinger serves as the Vice President Human Resources of Quaker Chemical Corporation. Ron started at Quaker Chemical Corporation in October of 2011. Ron currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.
