Mr. Graham P. Shuttleworth has been the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director at Randgold Resources Limited since July 1, 2007. Dr. Dennis Mark Bristow, Ph.D., has been the Chief Executive of Randgold Resources Limited since August 11, 1995. Dr. Bristow served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Rockwell Diamonds Inc. He joined Randgold & Exploration in 1992. Since 1995, he served as the Chief Executive of Randgold & Exploration's international mining and exploration subsidiary. He served as the Managing Director of Randgold Resources since 1995. He is a Geologist and Businessman with 22 years experience in the mining industry in Africa and South Africa, as well as the international investment markets. Dr. Bristow serves as Chairman of the SOMILO. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Rockwell Ventures Inc. and Diamonds Inc., since September 9, 2011. He served as the Chairman of SOMISY (Syama) until 2004. He has been a Director of Rockwell Diamonds Inc. since October 2006. He has been an executive Director of Randgold Resources Limited since August 5, 1995. He serves as Director of Morila Limited, DRD Gold Limited and Minera Ricardo Resources Inc. S.A. He serves as Non-Executive Director of Rockwell Resources International. Dr. Bristow served as a Non-Executive Director of African Platinum Limited from November 21, 2004 to August 4, 2006. He also served as a Director of Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited; Durban Roodepoort Deep, Limited; Blyvooruitzicht Gold Mining Company Limited; Buffelsfontein Gold Mines Limited; The Grootvlei Proprietary Mines Limited, AFPLATS Plc. and Junior Platinum Company. He serves as President of Senegal's Economic Advisory Committee. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa. Dr. Bristow holds Ph.D. degrees in Geology from Natal University.
