Stores that are smaller and don't get much traffic are overlooked. Our particular shop is so outdated that client's have even mentioned it, and although we request renovations we never receive them.

I don't feel like I get compensated for the amount of work I put in. It is mentally and physically exhausting. I feel like more money is taken from my paycheck than I even get.
