I loved it at first, but then once I was needed to start working over 40 hours a week (because several employees left) and not seeing results in my paycheck it became frustrating. Especially because on top of it the benefits weren't worth my while.

We have a consistent process. Once a candidate applies they are contacted by our Field Recruiter usually within 24 hrs to discuss position and schedule technical interview. The candidate interviews with Salon Leader and decision is made within 24 hrs and candidate is notified. The process typically takes 2-5 days from start to finish.
