What are some of the best things about your team?We always laugh and have a great time with the clientele. We are like a big family.
What did you like most about the interview process?I wasn't asked any other questions other than "tell me about yourself." It was very easy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?How everyone helps each other
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I feel like we need to work better as a team. I felt like if I had a concern it would never get addressed because of the lack of communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The benefits are only bare minimum and for the amount of hours and dedication the employees put in it does not equate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stores that are smaller and don't get much traffic are overlooked. Our particular shop is so outdated that client's have even mentioned it, and although we request renovations we never receive them.
Our Associates are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to their growth and their earnings while serving our communities where we work and live.
