    We always laugh and have a great time with the clientele. We are like a big family.

    I wasn't asked any other questions other than "tell me about yourself." It was very easy.

    I feel like we need to work better as a team. I felt like if I had a concern it would never get addressed because of the lack of communication.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The benefits are only bare minimum and for the amount of hours and dedication the employees put in it does not equate.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Stores that are smaller and don't get much traffic are overlooked. Our particular shop is so outdated that client's have even mentioned it, and although we request renovations we never receive them.
