What benefits does Sport Clips provide?

Sport Clips currently offers 3 levels of medical insurance along with dental, vision and voluntary life insurance for every Team Member that is averaging 30 hours minimum per week. Sport Clips contributes to the cost of medical, dental and vision. Sport Clips also pays for $50K in basic life insurance for every eligible Team Member and after one year of service a Team Member is eligible to participate in the companies 401K plan which offers a generous matching contribution.

Outstanding. Health insurance for a single person starts at less than $40/month
With the company offering three levels of medical coverage, a dental plan as well as a separate vision plan I feel the healthcare options available to us are great. Sport Clips also offers 50K in basic life insurance that is company paid along with voluntary life and AD&D for those Team Members wanting additional life insurance options. Short-term and long-term disability is also a company paid benefit for our current Support Team Members and is now available to our Stylist base for the first time ever for which we have received very positive response to this addition.
