The above response is partly accurate. We did form a group focused on driving innovation within our company, and decided to put it on hold, due to other initiatives that took priority. I've been with Sport Clips 10+ years and continue to see our company strive for continuous improvement. We are a leader in the industry and we would not be where we are without Team Members bringing innovative and new ideas to the table. We always welcome input from our Team Members. I don't believe Sport Clips to be very innovative in the Support Center. There have been several attempts at creating a new Culture Groups and Innovation Teams, which eventually fall apart due to non-subscription to the ideas of the internal team by the Executive Teams.
