Mr. Randall E. Gier, also known as Randy, served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Eating Officer and President of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. (Alternate name-Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc.) from November 8, 2012 to July 21, 2016. Mr. Gier served as an Adviser to the Office of the Chief Executive at Tracy Locke Partnership Inc. since July 2009. He has three decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, having championed some of the largest publicly-traded chains in the world as well as building successful restaurants from the ground up. Mr. Gier was Founder of Savvy Fare Restaurant Group and served as its Chief Executive Officer, where he launched and expanded the popular Cedars Woodfire Grill concept a fast casual restaurant that's breaking the traditional paradigm between great taste and good health. He served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and R&D at Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. (Formerly Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages) since March 2004 and served as its Chief Consumer Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Gier served as Chief Marketing Officer at Borden Dairy Company. Mr. Gier served as Chief Marketing Officer of Yum! Restaurants International from 2002 to 2004. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Pizza Hut Inc. from 1997 to 2002 and Chief Marketing Officer at KFC from 1996 to 1997. Prior to Yum!, he held executive positions in finance, general management, and marketing throughout PepsiCo. Mr. Gier holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri and an Master's of Business Administration Degree from the University of Chicago; both with concentrations in finance.

Mr. Timothy E. Mullany, also known as Tim, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Pie Five Pizza Company, Inc. Mr. Mullany has been Chief Financial Officer of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. (Alternate name-Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc.) since May 2014 and its Principal Accounting Officer since October 17, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. since 2011. He served as a Chief Financial Officer at Smashburger Master LLC and Cervantes Capital LLC (formerly Consumer Capital Partners) from 2009 to 2011. He led the financial and accounting functions at Consumer Capital, charged with creating lasting value for the firm, its clients and ultimately consumers. He has a strong background of working as a Chief Financial Officer in the asset management/broker-dealer community combined with a keen understanding of consumer markets and trends. From 2007 to 2009, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Global Portfolio Advisors Ltd. in Boston where he managed more than $5 billion in assets and an investment fund of $1 billion. From 2004 to 2007, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mystic Entertainment Company. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Spartan Partners, LLC. Previously, he was a Senior Associate for Venture Capital at J.P. Morgan & Co. from 2000 to 2002, was an Investment Banking Analyst with Bank of America Corporation from 1999 to 2000. He has financial and strategic leadership as well as a wealth of food industry experience. His other experience includes private equity investing at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and investment banking at Banc of America Securities. He began his financial management career at KPMG International as a Senior Associate from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Mullany earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Columbia University in 2003 and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University in 1997.

Mr. Bob Bafundo serves as President of Pizza Inn at RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. since February 29, 2016. Mr. Bafundo served as the President at Mediterranean Holdings LLC since December 11, 2014. Mr. Bafundo has been running franchise operations at the fast-casual chain that serves Mediterranean food for five years and has 30 years experience in the industry. He served as the President of Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill. Along with holding numerous positions in operations and franchising, he was also served as a Franchisee for Tin Star Southwest Grill and an Area Developer for Sport Clips which gives him invaluable experience in leading with the Pizza Inn franchise system.
