Very rarely-- they don't promote this but there are some cases
How's the vacation policy at Red Ventures?
Untracked for some positions-- it's really flexible unless you work in sales.
How does Red Ventures make decisions around promotions?
You have to make it clear to your manager. There's no formal process for being evaluated for a promotion. There isn't much transparency around this process. You just have speak up to ensure you at least on someone's radar. There are some mangers that will stick their necks out to help you and there are others that could care less. Unfortunately, it depends on the team you end up on and whether you have support from them.
