  • You have to make it clear to your manager. There's no formal process for being evaluated for a promotion. There isn't much transparency around this process. You just have speak up to ensure you at least on someone's radar. There are some mangers that will stick their necks out to help you and there are others that could care less. Unfortunately, it depends on the team you end up on and whether you have support from them.
