Mr. Franklin E. Crail co-founded Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. in May 1981 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since November 1982. Mr. Crail served as Treasurer of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since September 1981 until January 2000. Prior to founding RMCF, he was a Co-Founder of CNI Data Processing Inc. and served as its President. He has been Chairman of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. (RMCF) since March 1986. He served as the Chairman of U-Swirl, Inc. and U-Swirl International, Inc. from February 2013 to September 4, 2014 and February 2013 to October 2014 respectively. He has been a Director of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since November 1982. He has been a Director of U-Swirl, Inc. since January 14, 2013 and U-Swirl International, Inc. since January 2013.

Mr. Bryan J. Merryman has been the Chief Executive Officer of U-Swirl, Inc. since October 2014. Mr. Merryman has been the Chief Financial Officer at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since December 1997 and has been the Chief Operating Officer since April 1999 and Treasurer since January 2000. Mr. Merryman served as Vice President of Finance at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since December 1997. He served as a Principal in Knightsbridge Holdings, Inc. from January 1997 to December 1997. Mr. Merryman served as Chief Financial Officer of Super Shops, Inc. from July 1996 to November 1997 and was employed for more than eleven years by Deloitte and Touche LLP and also served as its Senior Manager. He has been the Chairman of U-Swirl International, Inc. and U-Swirl, Inc. since September 4, 2014 and October 2014 respectively. He has been a Director of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since April 1999 and U-Swirl, Inc. since January 2013.

Mr. Gregory L. Pope has been Senior Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. since May 2004 and served as its Senior Vice President of Franchise Support and Development. Mr. Pope served as Vice President of Franchise Development and Support at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory from June 2001 to May 2004. He joined Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc., in October 1990 and served as Store Manager, New Store Opener and Franchise Field Consultant. Mr. Pope served as a Director of Franchise Development and Support at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory since March 1996.

Mr. Edward L. Dudley has been Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc., since June 2001. Mr. Dudley joined Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Inc. in January 1997 to spearhead newly formed Product Sales Development function as Vice President - Sales and Marketing with the goal of increasing factory and retail sales. During his 10 year career with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Mr. Dudley served in a number of senior marketing and sales management capacities, including most recently that of Director, Distribution Services from March 1996 to January 1997. Mr. Dudley holds B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado.
