Ms. Ana C. Ward, Esq., M.S., M.B.A., has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ovid Therapeutics Inc. since September 6, 2017. Ms. Ward served as Executive Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development at Rosetta Genomics, Ltd. since March 1, 2016 and served as its General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Patient Access and Corporate Development and Board Secretary. Ms. Ward has nearly 20 years of legal and business experience in biotechnology and healthcare, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property, corporate development transactions and employment law. She served as Chief Operating Officer of Aptamir Therapeutics. She served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mirna Therapeutics, Inc. (a spin-off of Asuragen, Inc.). She served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Asuragen, Inc. (a spin-off of Ambion, Inc.). Prior to Asuragen, Ms. Ward served as General Counsel of Ambion, Inc. (acquired by Applied Biosystems) and was responsible for a wide variety of legal issues including licensing, corporate transactions, patents and trademarks. Ms. Ward served as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc., and Yum! Brands. She served as an Associate at the law firm Sidley and Austin. Ms. Ward began her career as Intellectual Property Counsel for Applied Science Fiction in Austin, Texas. Ms. Ward is also a registered patent attorney and served as an adjunct professor at the UT School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. She holds a BA in French/Zoology, MS in Molecular Biology, a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Ward also holds an MS in Bioscience Regulatory Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Ron Kalfus, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Rosetta Genomics Ltd., since May 24, 2012. Prior to joining Rosetta, Mr. Kalfus served as the Chief Financial Officer at MabCure Inc. from November 2008 to April 30, 2012, Treasurer from August 2008 to February 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Kalfus served as a Secretary and Controller of MabCure, Inc. since joining it on August 10, 2008. Prior to joining MabCure, he served various positions with Toys R US Inc. from 2003 to 2007. While in these positions, he oversaw Toys R Us's financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission and was responsible for its division's annual budget. Prior to joining Toys R Us Inc., Mr. Kalfus served as an Auditor for two large public accounting firms from 2000 to 2003, specializing in audits of medium-sized enterprises as well as public companies. Mr. Kalfus is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MSc (Highest Honors) in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BBA (Summa Cum Laude) in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Mr. Oded Biran serves as General Counsel and Secretary of Rosetta Genomics, Ltd. Mr. Biran was an independent attorney from 2010 to 2011, worked for Rosetta Genomics, Ltd. as legal counsel between June and November 2010. Mr. Biran served as an associate in the law offices of Sharon Raviv and Co., a boutique law firm specializing in technology and communications, from December 2009 to June 2010. He served as a Chief Legal Officer of Rosetta Genomics, Ltd. since November 2011 until March 6, 2016. During the years of 2008 and 2009, Mr. Biran served as an Associate in Raved Magriso, Benkel, Lahav and Co.'s, where he practiced in the corporate and securities department, specializing in corporate, technology, IP and complex mergers and acquisitions transactions. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Biran served as an Associate at Gabriel Reubinoff and Co.'s Tel Aviv office where he co-headed the firm's class action department. Mr. Biran holds a L.L.B degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
