Mr. Mark Kochvar has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of S&T BanCorp Inc. and S&T Bank since February 25, 2010. Mr. Kochvar served as an Executive Vice President of Treasury and Investments of S&T BanCorp. Inc. from January 2008 to January 2010. Mr. Kochvar served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of S&T Bank until February 2010. He holds an MBA in finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN; an M.A in geography from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA; and a B.A in economics from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN.

Mr. Ernest J. Draganza serves as an Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at S&T Bank. Mr. Draganza has been the Chief Risk Officer and and Secretary of S&T BanCorp. Inc., since February 2010 and its Senior Executive Vice President since January 2012. Mr. Draganza served as the Chief Risk Officer, Senior Executive Vice President and Secretary of S&T Bank from February 2010 to December 2011. Mr. Draganza served as an Executive vice president at S&T BanCorp. Inc. and its subsidiary S&T Bank since February 2010 until December 2011 and also served as its Senior Vice President and Risk Management Officer from January 2006 to February 2010. He is responsible for overseeing S&T Bank's risk management operations including audit, compliance and corporate governance. Mr. Draganza joined S&T Bank in 1997 through the Peoples Bank of Unity merger and has worked in the banking industry for over 18 years. A University of Pittsburgh graduate, he holds bachelors of arts degrees in business and economics. Mr. Draganza is an active member of the Grace United Methodist Church.

Mr. David P. Ruddock has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of S&T BanCorp Inc., since March 2013 and April 2013 respectively and its S&T Bank. Mr. Ruddock served as Chief Administrative Officer for Market Sales and Retail Banking Sales Group Manager at S&T BanCorp. Inc. from January 2011 to March 30, 2013. He served as Chief Administrative Officer for Market Sales, Bank Operations & Corporate Technology and Senior Executive Vice President at S&T BanCorp. Inc. since January 2011. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Market Sales, Bank Operations & Corporate Technology and Senior Executive Vice President of S&T Bank, a subsidiary of S&T BanCorp. Inc. since January 27, 2011. He served as Executive Vice President of Information Technology & Operations of S&T BanCorp. Inc. since January, 2004 until January 27, 2011. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations of S&T Bank, a subsidiary of S&T BanCorp. Inc. until January 27, 2011. He has over 15 years of banking experience. He began his banking career with S&T Bank in 1985 as a Manager of Data Processing. He served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology of S&T Bank from February 1999 to December 2003 and was responsible for overseeing all aspects it's operations including technology and on-line banking, data processing, cash management and loan and deposit operations. Mr. Ruddock graduated from Kent State University with a Master's degree in Business Administration. He earned a Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Chemistry from Washington and Jefferson University. He also graduated from the Bank Administration Institute's School of Banking.

David G. Antolik is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of S&T Bancorp, Inc. (???S&T???) and S&T Bank since January 2008; Executive Vice President, Commercial Lending, August 2004 to December 2007; Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, January 2002 to August 2004.

Mr. Patrick J. Haberfield, also known as Pat, has been the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of S&T BanCorp. Inc., since July 3, 2013 and served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer from May 2010 to June 2013. Mr. Haberfield has been the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of S&T Bank since June 2010. He has 24 years of banking/ financial services, credit administration, collections, lending and workout experience with community banks and larger regional organizations. He most recently served in executive roles at Synovus Financial Institution, roles that included regional credit officer and special assets officer. He served as senior vice president of the Managed Assets Division for FirstMerit Corporation, a $10.8 billion bank holding company in Ohio. The scope Mr. Haberfield's position at FirstMerit included the workout and disposition of loans and assets for the commercial lending (C&I & CRE), business banking and private client portfolios, as well as responsibility for the overall management of consumer collections and mortgage lending portfolios. He holds a degree in organizational management from Tiffin University.

Mr. Timothy P. McKee has been Senior Vice President of S&T Bank and Senior Financial Officer of S&T Bank of S&T Bancorp Inc. since March 2013. In this role, Mr. McKee is responsible for compensation and benefits, shareholder relations, joint ventures and tax credit projects. He serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Treasurer at Stewart Capital Advisors, LLC. His previous roles included Vice President, Senior Financial Officer; Vice President, Financial Projects Officer; and Vice President, Audit Manager. He serves as a board member of Stewart Capital Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor subsidiary of S&T Bank. He has been a member of the S&T Bank team since 1993. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the National Investor Relations Institute.

Mr. Troy Douglas Greenwalt has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking & Market Executive at S&T Bank since June 23, 2016. Mr. Greenwalt has been Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager at S&T Bancorp Inc. since March 19, 2014. He served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Regional Manager at S&T Bank since March 2014. With 25 years in commercial banking in roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Greenwalt has a proven track record for developing and successfully managing commercial and business banking divisions in financial institutions in Columbus. Mr. Greenwalt served as the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Advantage Bank since March 2009. He was responsible for the Commercial and Business Banking line of business. Mr. Greenwalt served as the Chief Lending Officer and Senior Vice President of Camco Financial Corp. since March 2009. He served as the Director of Banking and Vice President for the Midwest Division of Merrill Lynch (Business Financial Services). He served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking & Regional Manager at S&T Bank. Mr. Greenwalt's 25 year banking career includes both Senior Vice President, Business Banking Division as well as Senior Sales Executive for Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio from January 1995 to July 2006. Mr. Greenwalt was also employed by Fifth Third Bank, Columbus, Ohio from November 1988 to January 1995 in positions including Commercial Banking, Consumer and Indirect Lending and Retail Office Management. Mr. Greenwalt started his banking career with Bank One in the Retail Management Associate Program in Columbus, Ohio. He held board positions on the local SBA/CCDC organization and is actively involved in his community. Mr. Greenwalt is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and Finance.

Mr. Stephen Hendricks, also known as Steve, has been Market President for Northeast Ohio Region at S&T Bank since June 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking & Market Executive from June 23, 2016 to June 2017. Mr. Hendricks has been Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and Regional Manager at S&T BanCorp. Inc., since August 2012. Mr. Hendricks served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Regional Manager and Market Executive at S&T Bank until June 23, 2016. He has more than three decades of experience in the banking and finance industry. He served Vice President and leadership roles with various banks in the Akron and Cleveland area.

Mr. M. Todd Miller serves as a Senior Vice President, Regional Banking Manager and Market Executive at S&T BanCorp. Inc and S&T Bank. Mr. Miller is responsible for developing and managing market strategies, campaigns and promotions. He served as Market Leader of S&T Bancorp Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania Banker's Association's Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking at Bucknell University.
