Mr. Dimitris Anagnostopoulos served as Senior Vice President of Aegean Baltic Bank S.A., since 2010. Mr. Anagnostopoulos serves as the Head of Shipping and Senior Vice President of ABN AMRO. Mr. Anagnostopoulos has spent nearly two decades at ABN AMRO. He held various posts at Continental Illinois National Bank of Chicago and Greyhound Corporation. He has over forty years of experience in ship finance. His career began in the 1970s at Athens University of Economics followed by four years with the Onassis Group in Monte Carlo. He has been Non Executive Director of Aegean Baltic Bank S.A., since 2010. Mr. Anagnostopoulosis a Speaker and Panelist in various shipping conferences in Europe and a regular Guest Lecturer at the City University Cass Business School in London and the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He was named by the Lloyd's Organization as Shipping Financier of the Year for 2008. Mr. Anagnostopoulos has been an Independent Director of Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. since September 5, 2012 and from May 2009 to May 2012.

Mrs. Theodora Mitropetrou serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. since 2008. Mrs. Mitropetrou holds a Bachelor Degree in Law, LLB, from the University of Wales and a Master of Laws, LLM, in Maritime Law from the University of London (UCL).
