Mr. Anthony Esparza has been the Chief Creative Officer of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. since September 8, 2015. Mr. Esparza served as Senior Vice President of Guest Experiences, Design and Development for Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation from 2003 to 2015 and also served as its Corporate Vice President of Guest Experience Design & Development. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Esparza served as Senior Vice President of Design and Entertainment for Paramount Parks, the out of home entertainment division of media giant Viacom, Inc. He served as Vice President of the Creative Development Division of Landmark Entertainment Group in Los Angeles and oversaw the Attractions and Show Design, Design Development, Master Planning, Art Direction and Graphic Identity groups. Mr. Esparza spent his career creating and leveraging fun by orchestrating every aspect of the guest experience. Mr. Esparza has expertise and award-winning creativity have touched and engaged virtually every demographic and helped companies such as Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, MTV, Blockbuster Video, Coca Cola and Mattel Toys cement relationships with a new generation of customers. Over the years, Mr. Esparza has been a key leader, designer and creative director on several industry leading attractions. His range of involvement includes the development of branded attractions such as Star Trek: The Experience, Nickelodeon Central, Survivor: Live!, Titanic: The Movie on Tour, MTV: The Grind and The 7th Portal, a 3D film co-developed with Stan Lee, co-creator of Spiderman and The X-Men. Mr. Esparza serves on the international board of directors for the TEA: Themed Entertainment Association.

Ms. Deborah M. Thomas, also known as Deb, has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hasbro Inc. since March 2013 and May 21, 2009 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Thomas leads Hasbro's global financial operations, including accounting and control, business planning and analysis, internal audit, treasury, tax, investor relations and other key financial disciplines. She was Senior Vice President at Hasbro Inc from 2003 to May 2009. She was Head of Corporate Finance at Hasbro Inc from 2007 to May 2009 and its Controller from 2003 to 2008. Ms. Thomas joined Hasbro in 1998. She held assurance positions at KPMG Peat Marwick in both the U.S. and United Kingdom. She is active in a variety of civic, academic and philanthropic organizations, including Providence College, the March of Dimes and the Rhode Island Society of CPAs. She has been an Independent Director of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. since November 11, 2013. She serves on the boards for several local, not-for-profit groups in Rhode Island including: the Providence Ballet Theatre, the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC) and Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC). Mr. G. Anthony Taylor, also known as Tony, Esq. has been the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. since 2010 and has been its Chief Legal Officer since 2010. Mr. Taylor served as the Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. since March 2013 until November 30, 2015 and as its Chief Legal Officer since 2010 until March 2013. Mr. Taylor served as Chief Legal Officer of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Taylor holds bachelors??? degrees in political science and speech communication from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University.

Mr. Marc G. Swanson has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Seaworld Entertainment, Inc. since August 2017. Mr. Swanson served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer , Interim Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Seaworld Entertainment, Inc. since August 1, 2017 until August 11, 2017 and 2012 until August 11, 2017 respectively. He served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and of Seaworld Entertainment, Inc. from June 1, 2015 to September 1, 2015. He served as Vice President Performance Management and Corporate Controller of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc from 2011 to 2012, the Corporate Controller of Busch Entertainment Corporation from 2008 to 2011 and Vice President of Finance of Sesame Place from 2004 to 2008. He serves as a member of the board of directors of the SeaWorld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund. Mr. Swanson holds a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Purdue University and a Master's degree in business administration from DePaul University.
