Mr. Antony E. Rogers, also known as Tony, has been Advisor of Senomyx, Inc. since July 28, 2017. Mr. Rogers served as the Chief Financial Officer of Senomyx Inc. from September 24, 2009 to July 28, 2017 and Senior Vice President from January 2012 to July 28, 2017. Mr. Rogers serves as Principal Accounting Officer at Senomyx Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance of Senomyx Inc. from February 3,2006 to September 2009. Mr. Kent Snyder served as the Chief Executive Officer of Senomyx Inc. from June 2003 to January 2, 2014. From July 1991 to October 2001, Mr. Snyder held various marketing and sales management positions with Agouron Pharmaceuticals Inc. He served as the President of Senomyx Inc. from June 2003 to September 2009. He served as the President of Global Commercial Operations of Agouron. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Affairs and Vice President of Business Development at Agouron. Mr. Snyder served in sales and marketing capacities at Marion Laboratories and at Roche Laboratories. He has more than 25 years of management and industry experience. He has been an Executive Chairman of Senomyx Inc. since May 2008 and its Executive Director since June 2003. He has been a Director at VentiRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 16, 2007. He served as a Director of Santarus, Inc. from September 2004 to January 2, 2014. Mr. Snyder received his B.S. in pharmacy from the University of Kansas and his M.B.A. from Rockhurst College.

Ms. Catherine C. Lee, also known as Cathy, has been Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Senomyx Inc. since May 29, 2014. Ms. Lee served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. prior to its acquisition in mid-2013. She served as Counsel of Sempra Energy and served as its Corporate Secretary. She served as Vice President of Senomyx Inc. She was a Corporate Attorney with Sempra Energy, handling, among other things, Corporate Governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings for Sempra Energy subsidiaries. She also served as Corporate Secretary for San Diego Gas & Electric and Southern California Gas Co. from 2003 to 2004. She joined Sempra Energy in 2001 as an Attorney from the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP. Prior to joining Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, she served as a Corporate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster, LLP. She has more than 15 years of experience with publicly traded and privately held companies. She has a broad range of accomplishments and expertise with various industries including life sciences, emerging technologies and consumer services. She is a Member of the Board of the San Diego Asian Film Festival Foundation. She is also a Member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and the Lawyers' Club. She holds Law Degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and has a BA in Economics and International Relations from American University, School of International Service.

Catherine Lee serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Senomyx, Inc.. Catherine started at Senomyx, Inc. in May of 2014. Catherine currently resides in Greater San Diego Area.

Dave Humphrey serves as the Vice President Finance of Senomyx, Inc.. Dave started at Senomyx, Inc. in July of 2012. Dave currently resides in Greater San Diego Area.
