Mr. Clarence C. Pouncey, III, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (holding company of ServisFirst Bank). since 2007. Mr. Pouncey has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of ServisFirst Bank since November 2006. He was employed by SouthTrust Bank (now Wachovia Bank) for 27 years, where he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Real Estate Financial Services. Mr. Pouncey received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. William M. Foshee, also known as Bud, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Foshee has been the Chief Financial Officer of ServisFirst Bank since 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Financial Holding Corp. since May 23, 2003 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has 30 years experience in banking. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alabama BanCorp. until it was acquired in September 1998. He also served in various accounting/financial roles for Compass Bank and SECOR Bank, including supervising the internal/external reporting functions and profit center reporting. He is a C.P.A. Mr. Foshee received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University. Mr. Foshee is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Don Owens has been the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Vice President of Servisfirst Bank and ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. since 2012. Prior to joining ServisFirst, Mr. Owens served as a Retail Branch Manager of First Alabama Bank from 1973 to 1978. He worked for C&I Bank (now Bank of America) from 1978 to 1982, including as a Branch Manager and Commercial Lender. He worked for Republic Bank (now Bank of America) from 1982 to 1988, including as a Commercial Lender and Credit Administrator. He also served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Administrator for BBVA Compass from 1988 to 2012.

Mr. Rodney Eldon Rushing has been an Executive Vice President and Executive for Correspondent Banking at ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Rushing serves as an Executive Vice President at ServisFirst Bank since 2011. He served as the President of Alabama Bankers Association since June 6, 2008. He has enjoyed a long banking career with Compass Bank for the past 26 years and is responsible for providing correspondent banking services to community banks in 36 states throughout the U.S. During his career at Compass, he has served as a Correspondent Auditor, Manager of Correspondent Auditing and Investment Sales Manager for the Correspondent & Investment Banking Division. He served as the Chairman of Alabama Bankers Association and serves as its Director. In February 2000, he was named Manager of Compass' Correspondent Services. He signed a baseball scholarship with Auburn University, where he was a four-year letterman as a Catcher for Auburn's baseball team, which won the SEC Championship in 1978 and the SEC Western Division title in 1980. Mr. Rushing is a Graduate of Auburn University, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance.

Karen Wright serves as the Commercial Banking - Senior Vice President of ServisFirst Bank. Karen started at ServisFirst Bank in January of 2011. Karen currently resides in the Pensacola, Florida Area.

Adam Beckman serves as the Senior Vice President of ServisFirst Bank. Adam started at ServisFirst Bank in August of 2017. Adam currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.

Bryan Neth serves as the Senior Vice President of ServisFirst Bank. Bryan started at ServisFirst Bank in November of 2013. Bryan currently resides in the Mobile, Alabama Area.
