Mr. Espen Gjerde has been Senior Vice President of Ship Finance International Limited since January 2015. Mr. Gjerde joined Ship Finance in January 2014. Prior to joining Ship Finance, Mr. Gjerde served as Relationship Manager in the global transportation finance institution DVB Bank, focused on offshore finance from their Oslo office. He served as Consultant at DNV (Det Norske Veritas) in the Maritime Advisory department. Mr. Gjerde has leadership education and experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces and holds a Master of Science degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Harald Gurvin has been the Chief Financial Officer at Ship Finance International Limited at March 2012 Mr. Gurvin has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ship Finance Management As since March 2012. Mr. Gurvin served as Senior Vice President of Ship Finance Management for Ship Finance International Limited since August 2008. Mr. Gurvin joined SFL in 2006. Mr. Gurvin has MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from the CASS Business School in London and an MSc in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Peter Lund has been Commercial Director of Ship Finance International Limited since September 1, 2008. Mr. Lund also serves as Head of Maersk Brokers in Singapore. He has served, for 15 years, in the AP Moller group of companies in different geographic locations. He holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.
