Mr. Daniel P. Camp has been Vice President of Acuna Operation of SigmaTron International Inc. since September 2007. Mr. Camp served as General Manager of China Operations. Mr. Camp served as the Vice President of China Operation of Sigmatron International Inc. from 2003 to September 2007. Mr. Camp was the General Manager and Vice President of Mexican Operations at Sigmatron International Inc. from 1994 to 2003.

Ms. Linda K. Frauendorfer has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary at Sigmatron International Inc. since February 1994. Ms. Frauendorfer served as Controller of Sigmatron International Inc. from June 1991 to February 1994. She participates in the National Association of Corporate Directors continuing education programs and is a member of that organization. She has broadened her experience and served on the Board Access Committee of the Chicago Financial Exchange and is a member of Women Corporate Directors. She has been a Director of Sigmatron International Inc. since August 17, 2011. Ms. Frauendorfer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and received her Master Board Certification and Director Professionalism Education Certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors, Chicago.

Mr. Gregory A. Fairhead has been an Executive Vice President of SigmaTron International Inc. since February 2009 also has been its Assistant Secretary since 1994. Mr. Fairhead was an Executive Vice President of Elk Grove Village & Acuna Operations at SigmaTron International Inc. since February 2000. Mr. Fairhead served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Sigmatron International Inc. since February 2000. Mr. Fairhead served as Vice President of Mexican Operations at Sigmatron International Inc. from February 1990 to February 2000.

Jim Barnes serves as the Vice President of Operations of SigmaTron International. Jim started at SigmaTron International in Jul of 2014. Jim currently resides in the Greater Chicago Area.

Curtis Campbell serves as the Vice President of Sales of SigmaTron International. Curtis started at SigmaTron International in Sep of 2007. Curtis currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Keith Wheaton serves as the VP Business Development of SigmaTron International. Keith started at SigmaTron International in Jul of 2008. Keith currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
