Dr. Alessandro Piovaccari serves as Chief Technology Officer of Silicon Laboratories Inc. Dr. Piovaccari served as Senior Vice President of Silicon Laboratories Inc. until August 24, 2016. Dr. Piovaccari is responsible for the Silicon Laboratories's product and technology research and development. Dr. Piovaccari joined Silicon Labs in 2003 to design its single-chip FM radio products, which have surpassed 1.2 billion device shipments. He co-architected Silicon Labs??? single-chip TV tuner IC, used by nine of the world's top 10 TV makers, with more than 50 percent market share. Dr. Piovaccari worked as a research scientist at Tanner Research, joining in 1997 to develop CMOS image sensors. From 1998 to 2003, he was a member of the design services team at Cadence Design Systems, focusing on CMOS RFICs and high-speed SerDes IP development. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Full Member of AES. Dr. Piovaccari holds 38 patents. Dr. Piovaccari received Laurea and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering and computer science from the University of Bologna in Italy and a Post-Master's Certificate with Honors in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Brandon Tolany has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Silicon Laboratories Inc. since January 4, 2016. Mr. Tolany serves as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. He is responsible for Freescale's global sales and marketing activities. Mr. Tolany served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President for Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. since September 2013 until 2015. He served as Vice President of global marketing for Microcontrollers at Freescale from April 2013 to September 2013. From 2008 to March 2013, he served as Director of Sales and Field Application Engineers for Freescale's Americas West Region. He started his career at Freescale (Motorola) in 2004 as a marketing manager for the i.MX applications processor product line. He served as Director of sales & business development for Luminent where he led global marketing efforts and he served as a Product Manager of Mitsubishi Electric. Dr. Sandeep P. Kumar has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Silicon Laboratories Inc. since July 2013. Dr. Kumar served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at Silicon Laboratories Inc. since January 4, 2015. Dr. Kumar served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Silicon Laboratories Inc. since July 2013 and served as Vice President of Operations Engineering from September 2009 to July 2013. He joined Silicon Laboratories in July 2006 as Engineering Director. Dr. Kumar managed global test engineering teams and was responsible for worldwide product and test engineering for the storage business at Agere Systems, Lucent technologies and AT&T Bell Labs. Dr. Kumar has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville in Indiana and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Mr. John C. Hollister, CPA has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Silicon Laboratories Inc. since July 30, 2013. Mr. Hollister served as Vice President of Business Development and Chief Information Officer of Silicon Laboratories Inc. since April 2013 until June 29, 2013 and since November 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013. Mr. Hollister served as Vice President, Manufacturing and Asia Operations from November 2009 to April 2012 and Managing Director, Asia Operations from April 2007 to October 2009 at Silicon Laboratories Inc. Mr. Hollister joined Silicon Laboratories in 2004 and held finance management positions until April 2007. He served as an Vice President of Finance at Cicada Semiconductor Inc. as well as various finance positions at Cirrus Logic, Veritas DGC, 3-D Geophysical and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Hollister served as Senior Manager in the Corporate Treasury group at Cirrus Logic, Inc. Mr. Hollister is a CPA and has a master's degree in Accounting and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin McCombs School of Business.

Ms. Lori Knowlton has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Silicon Laboratories Inc. since August 22, 2016. Ms. Knowlton served as the Chief People Officer of HomeAway, Inc. until August 22, 2016. Since joining the HomeAway in 2007, she has focused her time on refining the HomeAway's results-driven culture, recruiting top talent in a global market, post-acquisition employee engagement and global rewards. Prior to HomeAway, she held HR leadership roles for several publicly traded, multi-national technology companies. She also has a rich background in software start-ups and has supported many and varied acquisitions at prior companies. She served in a variety of human resources leadership roles at leading high-technology companies including Progress Software and its operating company Sonic Software, Interliant, Inc., C-bridge Internet Solutions and the Monitor Company. She has been a Mentor at TechStars Austin for the past three years. In addition, she serves on the strategic planning committee of the Magellan International School, an Austin-based Spanish immersion IB school. She is a frequent and accomplished public speaker at numerous conferences. Ms. Knowlton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature (magna cum laude) from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.

Mr. Daniel Cooley has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Internet - Things Products of Silicon Laboratories Inc. since August 24, 2016. Mr. Cooley is responsible for the development and market success of the Silicon's microcontrollers, multiprotocol wireless SoCs, wireless modules, wireless MCUs and transceivers, optical and environmental sensors, IoT development tools and wireless protocol stacks including Thread, ZigBee, Bluetooth and proprietary sub-GHz software. He joined Silicon Labs in 2005 as a chip design engineer developing broadcast products such as AM/FM radios and short-range wireless devices. Over the years, he has served in various senior management, engineering and product management roles at the Silicon's Shenzhen, Singapore, Oslo and Austin sites. He also serves on the board of directors for the Thinkery, a children's museum in Austin, Texas, dedicated to science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education. He has an MS in electrical engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and holds four patents in radio and low-power technology.

Mr. Mark Thompson serves as Senior Vice President at Silicon Laboratories Inc. and has been General Manager of Infrastructure since August 25, 2015. Mr. Thompson served as General Manager of Timing Products at Silicon Laboratories Inc. until August 25th 2015. Mr. Thompson served as Vice President and General Manager of Microcontroller Products at Silicon Laboratories, Inc. since January 2009. Mr. Thompson served as General Manager of the Broadcast Audio Business at Silicon Laboratories Inc. from September 17, 2007 to January 2009. He joined Silicon Labs in 2000 as a Product Manager for Silicon Laboratories's first product, the silicon DAA. He served as Director of Marketing for all wireline products of Silicon Labs since 2002. He was instrumental in identifying new product areas and expanding the wireline customer base, which contributed to doubling business unit revenue. Since 2006, he served as the Director of Marketing for The Broadcast Group of Silicon Labs , helping to drive the strategic direction for the new product line and building the marketing infrastructure to diversify the audio business. He served product management roles at BMC Software and Motorola's semiconductor products sector (Now Freescale Semiconductor). He holds a master's degree in electrical engineering, a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
