Mr. Mark Meller has been the Chief Executive Officer of SWK Technologies, Inc. since May 27, 2016. Mr. Meller has been the Chief Executive Officer of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. since September 1, 2004 and has been its Chairman since May 10, 2009. Mr. Meller has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Thomas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. since May 22, 2008 and has been its Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer since May 2008. Mr. Meller has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of MM2 Group, Inc. since October 19, 2005 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been the President of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. since September 15, 2003 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been actively engaged in the acquisition and build-out mid-market companies for over 20 years. He is a Registered Principal of Bristol Investment Group Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at SilverSun Technologies, Inc. from September 15, 2003 to January 29, 2015. Mr. Meller served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bristol Townsend & Co., Inc. from 1988 to 2003. Mr. Meller served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Ivoice Technology Inc. from August 26, 2005 to August 31, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Meller served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Wien Group Inc. since October 19, 2005. From 1986 to 1988, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and General Counsel of Crown Capital Group Inc. Prior to 1986, Mr. Meller served as Financial Consultant and Practiced law in New York City. Mr. Meller served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of Trey Resources since September 2003. He was a certified public Accountant with Ernst & Young. He served as Controller at Grow Group, Inc. since 1981 and served as its Chief Financial Officer since 1987. He served as Senior Associate at Beacon Consulting Associates and served as its Vice President since 1999. He served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of B Green Innovations, Inc. from August 26, 2005 to August 29, 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been the Chairman of Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. since September 2008 and SilverSun Technologies Inc. since May 10, 2009. He holds a BBA degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. He graduated from SUNY-Binghamton with a BA in Economics/Political Science and received his J.D. from the Boston University School of law.

Mr. Mathew Hahn, also known as Matt, served as Vice President of Network Services at SWK Technologies, Inc. until June 15, 2016. Mr. Hahn works with clients to implement efficient security, networks, backup and disaster recovery operations, and related technologies.

Mr. Crandall Melvin, also known as Chip, III, has been the Chief Financial Officer of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. since January 29, 2015. Mr. Melvin serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at SWK Technologies Inc. Mr. Melvin has 30 years of experience in public accounting and industry, holding a number of senior management positions following a 5 year career in retail, commercial banking and equipment leasing. From 1993 to 2002, he worked in public accounting in Alaska and New York. Prior to joining SWK in 2006, Mr. Chip is Co-Founder and Owner of Amp-best Consulting, Inc and served as its Chief Operations Officer and Vice President From 2002 to 2006. In Syracuse, his focus turned to the financial systems installation and consulting clients of a local public accounting firm. Mr. Melvin has also served on boards of directors of various not-for-profit organizations located in the Syracuse Area. Mr. Melvin serves as Director of Community Baseball of Central New York, Inc. Mr. Melvin graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Melvin has Masters Degree in Business Administration at Syracuse University. He is graduate at University of Alaska at Anchorage and is Certified Public Accountant. He is Certified Global Management Accountant.

Mr. Gary Berman, CPA, CITP serves as an Executive Vice President of Mapadoc Edi Services at SWK Technologies, Inc. Mr. Berman served as Vice President of Mapadoc Edi Services - SWK Technologies, Inc. at SilverSun Technologies, Inc. Mr. Berman supports and directs SWK's EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) engagements by supervising workflow, employee tasks, client expectations and product development. Mr. Berman regularly consults with clients on software implementation, technical support, training and documentation. He worked in accounting, auditing and management information services with Wiss & Company, LLC. He served as Controller and Manager of Information Systems for The Lilli Group. He served as Owner, Principal and Chief Financial Officer and Other Positions at SilverSun. As a MAS 90/200 Certified Consultant, he has managed all aspects of SWK, with a primary focus on EDI since 1999.
