Mr. David P. Sperling has been the Chief Technology Officer of Smith Micro Software Inc. since September 1999 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Sperling joined Smith Micro Software Inc. in April 1989 and has been its Director of Software Engineering since April 1992. He began his professional career as a software engineer at Smith Micro Software Inc. and has three patents pending for various telephony and Internet technologies. Mr. Sperling holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Kenneth J. Shebek, also known as Ken, serves as the Chief Information Officer of Smith Micro Software Inc., and has been its Vice President of Operations since December 2010. Mr. Shebek joined Smith Micro in 2010 where he led the Enterprise Mobility Product platform. Prior to Smith Micro, he served as Vice President of Operations for Tollgrade Communications, Inc. since October 2008. Mr. Shebek was responsible for operations and processes related to manufacturing, quality, supply chain and IT functions. He served as Vice President of Supply & Logistics for Ericsson, Inc. He worked for Marconi as Vice President of Supply Chain and served as its Vice President of North American Operations. He joined Fore Systems in 1994 and held management positions with IBM. Mr. Shebek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Gail Redmond has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Service Provider and OEMs of Smith Micro Software Inc. since October 19, 2016. Prior to joining Smith Micro in 2011, Ms. Redmond spent five years in mobile payments as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Hillcrest Bank, which was acquired by National Bank Holdings Corp. Ms. Redmond served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Telespree Communications. She served as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of a mobile imaging start up in Austin TX. Ms. Redmond served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SozoTek, Inc and Evolving Systems Labs, Inc. She has 18-year career in sales, marketing, business development and product management includes industry-leaders and start-ups, Sprint Corporation, Kansas City Power & Light Co., IBM and Telespree Communications. At Telespree Communications, a San Francisco-based start up specializing in wireless activation and self-service software, Ms. Redmond led sales and marketing efforts from product to commercial launch. Prior to this, Ms. Redmond served as a Vice President and General Manager at Sprint, heading their multi-million dollar OEM division as well as overseeing U.S. supply chain sales to the RBOCs. She seerved as Vice President and General Manager of Sprint Products Group. She also served as a Director with Sprint North Supply and led marketing and product management for a billion dollar Sprint business unit. Before entering telecom, Ms. Redmond served as President of an economic development organization where, in a 24-month period, she successfully negotiated over $200 million in international and Fortune 100 corporate relocations. Ms. Redmond earned her MBA from the University of Kansas and her undergraduate degree, Cum Laude, from Missouri Southern University.

Tim Huffmyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Smith Micro Software, Inc.. Tim started at Smith Micro Software, Inc. in June of 2017. Tim currently resides in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.

Ken Shebek serves as the Chief Information Officer of Smith Micro Software, Inc.. Ken started at Smith Micro Software, Inc. in February of 2015. Ken currently resides in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
