Its great to have a company who genuinely cares about you as a person
Good place to work, but the company seems to be cutting costs for profit boosts so extremely that they skimp on benefits and don't show as much appreciation for employees.

Does Solutionreach have any remote positions?
yes, but they are phasing out remote positions for engineering.
How's the vacation policy at Solutionreach?
I haven't had experiences with other companies but 15/19/22 days for years 0/1/2 seems pretty generous on top of the 10 holidays.
What's the company culture like at Solutionreach?
Very relaxed and vibrant. They want us to be friends as well as co-workers and encourage communities that meet after hours (games, movies, outdoors activities).
What benefits does Solutionreach provide?
401k matching, 3 different health plans (including high-deductible plan with HSA), 15 PTO days the first year, 19 the second, 22 the third. Free snacks (nuts, fruit, candy, soda), ping-pong, foosball, team lunches, bagel(and donut) Tuesdays. Catered Company lunches once a month.
