They generally have a good impression of him. He seems like a really good guy.
Does Solutionreach have any remote positions?
yes, but they are phasing out remote positions for engineering.
How's the vacation policy at Solutionreach?
I haven't had experiences with other companies but 15/19/22 days for years 0/1/2 seems pretty generous on top of the 10 holidays.
What's the company culture like at Solutionreach?
Very relaxed and vibrant. They want us to be friends as well as co-workers and encourage communities that meet after hours (games, movies, outdoors activities).

401k matching, 3 different health plans (including high-deductible plan with HSA), 15 PTO days the first year, 19 the second, 22 the third. Free snacks (nuts, fruit, candy, soda), ping-pong, foosball, team lunches, bagel(and donut) Tuesdays. Catered Company lunches once a month.
