Ms. Kimberly A. Capps serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Southern Bank. He served as Regional Bank President of Springfield Operations at Southern Bank until March 17, 2017. Mr. Cox joined Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc. in 2010 as a Lending Officer, as an integral part of the team which established presence in Springfield, Missouri, through the opening of a loan production office in that market. He worked for Metropolitan National Bank (Springfield, Missouri), and advanced to the role of Vice President of Lending for that institution.

William D. Hribovsek was Executive Vice-President, Regional President and Chief Lending Officer of Southern Missouri Bancorp, Inc. (the ???Company???). He has been with the Company since 1999. Mr. Hribovsek joined the Company as its senior commercial Lender, and was named Chief Lending Officer in 2006. He has over 36 years banking experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hribovsek was employed as a commercial Lender from 1979 to 1999 with Commerce Bank of Poplar Bluff, which was since merged with and into Commerce Bank, N.A.
