Mr. Jackson Hsieh has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. since September 7, 2016 and May 8, 2017 respectively. Mr. Hsieh is responsible for Spirit's credit underwriting, new investments and portfolio and asset management. Mr. Hsieh is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of relevant real estate industry experience. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. from September 7, 2016 to May 8, 2017. He served as Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hsieh work directly for Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tom Nolan and have oversight responsibility for credit underwriting, new investments and portfolio and asset management. He joined Spirit from Morgan Stanley, where he served as Managing Director and a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, primarily focusing on its real estate clients. Prior to rejoining Morgan Stanley, he was Vice Chairman of UBS'sReal Estate Investment Banking Group, managing a team of over 70 professionals in six offices worldwide. During his career, including a prior period at Morgan Stanley and tenures at Bankers Trust Company and Salomon Brothers, Inc., he served as senior lead banker on over $285 billion of real estate and lodging transactions. Mr. Hsieh has been a Trustee of Hersha Hospitality Trust since June 1, 2017. He has been a Director of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. since May 8, 2017. Mr. Hsieh is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (1983), and earned a Master's Degree from Harvard University (1987).

Mr. Phillip D. Joseph, Jr., has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. since April 20, 2015 and serves as its Treasurer and Acting Corporate Secretary. Mr. Joseph is responsible to oversee all aspects of Finance, Corporate Reporting, Tax and Investor Relations and also focuses on the firm's capital markets and key stakeholder engagement activities. Previously, he spent more than 13 years at ProLogis and served as Managing Director and Global Treasurer until December 2013, where he developed, lead and executed capital markets and financial planning and analysis activities. He has several years of real estate experience. Mr. Joseph received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from DePauw University.

Mr. Jay A. Young has been General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Secretary of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. since April 25, 2016. Mr. Young focuses on corporate governance, securities compliance and financing transactions at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. He has nearly 20 years of experience in handling complex corporate legal matters. He has spent the majority of his career within the Financial Services industry counselling boards and executive management teams. Mr. Young served as General Counsel at Wingstop Inc. since October 2014 and served as its Secretary and Senior Vice President. Mr. Young served as General Counsel at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. since November 12, 2014. He was responsible for supporting the continued growth of the Wingstop brand both domestically and internationally. He served as an Assistant General Counsel and Antitrust Compliance Officer for Charles Schwab Capital Markets. Before joining Wingstop, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at CEC Entertainment Inc., (Chuck E. Cheese), a nationally recognized leader in family dining and entertainment. He served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, for seven years and Assistant General Counsel at UBS. Mr. Young received a Bachelor's in Economics from Southern Methodist University, as well as a dual J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Prakash J. Parag has been Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. since May 30, 2016. Mr. Parag spent eighteen years with EY and has considerable experience with real estate accounting, business processes and internal controls. Mr. Parag was an Executive Director in the Assurance Practice in Atlanta for Ernst and Young (EY), serving both public and private clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Parag is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Parag is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University.
