Mr. Thomas D. DeByle, also known as Tom, serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Standex Engraving LLC. Mr. DeByle has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President at Standex International Corporation since March 2008. He served as Managing Director of StandexMeder Electronics GmbH. At Standex, he was responsible for external reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, internal audit, information technology, risk management and investor relations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Bobcat Company Doosan Infracore from November 2007 to March 2008, due to the divestiture of the Compact Equipment businesses from Ingersoll Rand, prior thereto various senior financial positions in Ingersoll Rand from September 2001 to November 2007 including Sector Chief Financial Officer of the Compact Vehicle Technologies Sector (Club Car and Bobcat), Vice President of Finance for the Ingersoll Climate Control Sector, which included the Thermo King and Hussmann business units in Europe. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, he served for five years at the Enerpac division of Actuant Corporation and held senior financial management positions in both the US and Europe. Mr. DeByle served for five years at Milwaukee-based Johnson Controls and six years with two regional public accounting firms. Mr. DeByle holds a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Norbert College and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Management Accountant.

Mr. Alan J. Glass has been the Chief Legal Officer, Vice President and Secretary of Standex International Corporation since April 2016. Mr. Glass has 20 years of diverse legal experience in publicly-traded global industrial manufacturing environments. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at CIRCOR International, Inc. from February 2006 to March 2016, where he spent 16 years leading the legal, compliance and risk management functions. He served as Assistant Secretary of CIRCOR International, Inc. since February 2000. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Glass served as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Wyman-Gordon Company (now a part of Precision Castparts Corp.), an aerospace manufacturer. Prior to Wyman-Gordon, he spent seven years in private practice as a General Corporate Attorney. Mr. Glass earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University.

Mr. Sean C. Valashinas has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Standex Engraving LLC since October 2007. Mr. Valashinas serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer of Standex International Corporation. He was with The Hershey Company where he was employed for ten years in various positions, as Manager of Merger Acquisition and Special Project Accounting and Manager of Financial Systems and Reporting. He has more than a decade of auditing, financial reporting and managerial accounting experience. He was a Senior Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Valashinas holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John Meeks serves as Worldwide President at Standex Electronics, Inc. John Meeks serves as the President of Electronics Products Group at Standex International Corporation. Mr. Leonard Paolillo, also known as Len, serves as President of Engineering Technologies Group at Standex International Corporation. Mr. Paolillo served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development at Spincraft, Inc. He served as President of Spincraft, Inc.

Mr. Richard N. Hiltunen, also known as Rick, serves as President of Hydraulics Products Group at Standex International Corporation. Mr. Hiltunen has an extensive career working for several well-known fluid power and hydraulics components companies. He has significant experience in sales and marketing, key account management, customer service and technical support, as well as in operations, engineering and project leadership. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Compact Hydraulic and Cooling Systems business units of Hydac Corporation. He held management positions at Eaton Corporation, Parker Hannifin Corporation, Innotek Corporation and Vickers Incorporated. Mr. Hiltunen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Flavio Maschera serves as President of Engraving at Standex International Corporation and served its the President of International Operations. Mr. Maschera served as the Managing Director of International Operations - Engraving Gr at Standex International Corp.

Thomas Debyle serves as the CFO for Standex International. Thomas started at Standex International in March of 2008. Thomas is based in the Greater Boston Area.
