Positivity is hard to come by in this industry at this point.
The people that do actually work there show up. These days, takes courage
Actually working makes me happy! Doing my job. Interacting with people. Also, thinking about not working, because sometimes you work 70-80 hr weeks, because that's what the restaurant needed budget wise.
I would feel better about my compensation if the company truly went out of its way to compensate when you go out of your way to "just do your job" (put profit on the table)
It was conducted by a professional and well-mannered man that made me want to be a part of a company and to be as professional as he was(he never sexually harassed anyone). He smartened up and found a better job. Which is what I'm doing
