Mr. John C. K. Milligan, IV has been the President and Secretary of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. Mr. Milligan Co-founded Care Fusion, Inc. in 2001 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Care Fusion, Inc. from August 2001 to February 2008. He served as President of VitaMed from December 2008 to October 4, 2011 and its Secretary. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare informatics. He served for 5 years as a Vice President of Sales and Operations at Omnicell Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Mr. Milligan served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Serving Software Inc. He served as Vice President of the Access Management product line at McKesson. He got his start in Healthcare as a software sales representative at First Data - Health Systems Group. He has been a Director of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. He served as a Director of VitaMed from December 2008 to October 4, 2011. A member of HIMSS, Mr. Milligan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Engineering from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md.

Mr. Mitchell L. Krassan has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. Mr. Krassan serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of VitaMed. Mr. Krassan is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer with creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives. Since October 1997, Mr. Krassan has been a Partner with EquiMark Limited. From April 2010 to October 4, 2011, Mr. Krassan served as Chief Strategy and Performance Officer of VitaMedMD, LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. He was responsible for capturing and leveraging business performance data to effect improvements and innovations in business necessary for successful strategy execution. From November 1994 to July 1997, Mr. Krassan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of The Reich Group/Telespectrum Worldwide. Mr. Krassan has a B.S. in Accounting from University of Maryland and has certification as a CPA in the State of Maryland. He has an MBA in Management from New York University.

Mr. Daniel A. Cartwright, also known as Dan, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. Mr. Cartwright has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of VitaMedMD, LLC since October 4, 2011. He served as a Vice President of Finance at TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011 until April 2013. From July 2011 to October 4, 2011, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of VitaMed. From May 1996 to July 2011, Mr. Cartwright served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Circle F Ventures, LLC. During the same period, Mr. Cartwright served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Fleming Securities, a registered broker dealer involved with raising capital for public and private companies, where he was instrumental in raising over $250 million in funding. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Cartwright served as Chief Financial Officer of American Wireless Systems, a provider of entertainment video services. Mr. Cartwright holds several federal securities licenses including Series 7, 24, 27 and 63. Mr. Cartwright serves as a Director of Antenna Technologies Company, Inc. and Primetrica Inc. Mr. Cartwright earned his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Dr. Brian A. Bernick, M.D. has been the Chief Clinical Officer of TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since November 25, 2013. Dr. Bernick, is a Co-founder of VitaMed. He served as the Chief Medical Officer at TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since February 2012 until November 25, 2013. Dr. Bernick has been a Director at TherapeuticsMD, Inc. since October 4, 2011. Dr. Bernick is a practicing and board certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist with twenty years of clinical medical experience. Dr. Bernick served as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boca Raton Regional Hospital and has served as a member of its Medical Executive Board. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Medical Society and VitalMD Group Holding, LLC. Dr. Bernick served on VitaMed's Board of Director. Dr. Bernick is the recipient of several national and regional awards including the American Medical Association Foundation's Leadership Award and was recognized by both Super Doctors and National Consumers Survey for being in the top 5% of doctors. He provides medical education in conjunction with Emory University and Florida Atlantic University School of Nursing and Medicine. Dr. Bernick earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and a doctorate in medicine from the University of Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Bernick serves as the Co-Founder and Director for TherapeuticsMD. Brian started at TherapeuticsMD in May of 2018. Brian is based in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.

George T serves as the VP Quality Assurance for TherapeuticsMD. George started at TherapeuticsMD in December of 2014. George is based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.

Shelli Graham serves as the VP Medical Affairs for TherapeuticsMD. Shelli started at TherapeuticsMD in September of 2014. Shelli is based in the Greenville, South Carolina Area.

John Knighton serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for TherapeuticsMD. John started at TherapeuticsMD in March of 2018. John is based in the West Palm Beach, Florida Area.
