Mr. Michael R. Sand has been the President of Timberland BanCorp. Inc. and its subsidiary Timberland Bank (also known as Timberland Savings Bank) since January 23, 2003. Mr. Sand has been the Chief Executive Officer of Timberland BanCorp. Inc., and Timberland Bank since September 30, 2003. He served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Timberland Bancorp, Inc. since 1997. He served as the Executive Vice President of Timberland Bank since 1993. Inc. and Timberland Bank (Hoquiam, WA) since February 29, 2012. Mr. Foster served as an Examiner at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). He has spent the majority of his career in banking beginning in the proof department and progressing to Chief Credit Administrator. He has served in all areas of credit management during his banking career. Mr. Foster is a graduate of Western International University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and his Master's in Business Administration in Finance. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington.

Mr. Robert A. Drugge, also known as Bob, has been an Executive Vice President of Timberland BanCorp. Inc. since February 29, 2012. Mr. Drugge has been Executive Vice President of Lending - Timberland Bank since September 2006. He served as Executive Vice President of Timberland BanCorp. Inc. He served as Business Banking Division Manager of Timberland Savings Bank SSB since September 2006. He has been with Timberland Savings Bank since April 2006. Prior to joined Timberland, Mr. Drugge served as Executive Officer and Senior Vice President of Bank of America. Mr. Drugge began his banking career at Seafirst in 1974, which was acquired by Bank of America (formerly Bank America Corp.).
