Mr. Evan B. Meyer has been Chief Financial Officer of Truett-Hurst, Inc. since October 26, 2016 and serves as its Acting Corporate Secretary. Mr. Meyer has more than 14 years of financial management experience. He served as Chief Financial Officer PaymentOne Corporation from 2005 to 2015. Mr. Meyer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Avantel SAS, a mobile operator in Bogot??, Colombia. Mr. Meyer served as Vice President for Finance and Administration at PaymentOne Corporation from 2000 to 2004. He is responsible for developing and maintaining the financial controls and disciplines needed to support its aggressive expansion. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Integretel, Mr. Meyer was responsible for financial leadership supporting more than $250 million in annual billings. He created a new revenue stream by securing a $40 million credit facility and developing a comprehensive receivables financing program. Prior to Integretel, he served as Senior Manager and Principal Consultant in the Corporate Finance Consulting Group of Price Waterhouse LLP in San Francisco from 1994 to 1998. His clients included companies in the technology, telecommunications and financial services industries. He served financial management positions at The Gap and Bank of America NT&SA. He spent four years in the Audit Group of Price Waterhouse LLP in Orange County, California, where he performed financial statement audits and special projects on technology, financial services and government contracting clients. Mr. Meyer held Certified Public Accountant cerficate (inactive) in the State of California since 1989. Mr. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University in 1986 and an MBA from the University of Washington in 1993.

Mr. Paul A. Forgue, MBA has been Consultant of Truett-Hurst, Inc. since October 26, 2016. Mr. Forgue served as the Chief Financial Officer at Truett-Hurst, Inc. from June 16, 2014 to October 23, 2016 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer and Acting Corporate Secretary. Mr. Forgue is an experienced Financial and Operations Executive. Mr. Forgue served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer at MAB Services, Inc. He served as Vice President of Finance (Interim) at BeautyFirst and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Crescent Jewelers, Inc. He served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. At Alvarez & Marsal, he provided financial and operational leadership including serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer in a number of assignments. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Interra Energy, Inc. He served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal. He served as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal and FTI Consulting. He holds a BA degree in Economics from University of Dallas and an MBA degree from Rice University.

Mr. Paul E. Dolan, III, is the Co-Founder, worked at Fetzer Vineyards for 27 years, initially as Wine Maker and later as the President. Mr. Dolan has been involved in the wine business since 1975 and is considered the founding father of organics and biodynamics in the California wine industry. He serves as Secretary of Truett-Hurst, Inc. He is proud to say he is a fourth generation winemaker but even prouder to say his children have joined him. He started his winemaking career with what was then a small winery in Mendocino, Fetzer Vineyards, in 1977 and then helped the Fetzer family grow to one of the premier California wineries, selling over three million cases. He managed the company as President for the new owners, the Brown-Forman Corporation from 1992 to 2002. He has served as Chairman of the Wine Institute from 1990 to 2012 and became the first Chairman of the Sustainable Winegrowers Alliance from 2002 to 2003. He is also author of True to Your Roots: Fermenting a Business Revolution. He has served as a Managing Member of the LLC since 2010 and has been a Director at Truett-Hurst, Inc. since 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Santa Clara and a Master of Science in Enology from the University of California-Fresno.
