Mr. Pierre LeComte has serves as a Managing Director of TSG Consumer Partners since 2009. Mr. LeComte joined TSG in 2005 and is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, diligence new business opportunities, structuring transactions and working with partner companies. He was employed as a Manager at Bain & Co. for four years, starting in 2001. In this capacity, he led strategic diligence teams in the consumer goods sectors including food, household products and durables as part of the private equity practice. Mr. LeComte's consulting experience includes merger integration, business unit strategy and operational improvement. Prior to joining Bain, he worked in brand management with Yahoo! Inc. (Now known as Altaba Inc.) and the Nabisco Biscuit Company and was a consumer goods and retail consultant with the New England Consulting Group. Additionally, He served as a Senior Associate Brand Manager at Nabisco Inc. from 1997 to 1999, where he managed such brands as SnackWell's and Chips Ahoy. While at Nabisco, Mr. LeComte was involved in new product development, launching line extensions and developing multi-million dollar promotions with partners such as Universal Studios and helping to build a multi-year licensing relationship with Nickelodeon. He served as a Packaged Goods and Retail Consultant, focused on consumer branding strategy, new product introductions and strategic planning at New England Consulting Group. He served as Director of Planet Fitness, Inc. since November 2012 until May 09, 2017. Mr. LeComte was previously a director of Yard House Restaurants, overseeing its rapid growth from a regional chain to a national brand now owned by Darden Restaurants. Mr. LeComte received an MBA in Finance and management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, in 1999-2001 and a B.S. degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1991-1994.
