
No respect towards staff members
Again. Managers werent welcoming and i just felt like a number.
Be fair. Show respect. Show manners. LISTEN. Be professional. All basic things.
I think the pay needs to reflect the amount of work that goes into this job
I think it would be better if managers could switch up seating plans instead of sitting agents near friends therefore only encouraging the cliquey behaviour that is out of control in the building.
Start by listening. And helping, if we have specifically asked for help. Not pass responsibilities onto others. Be approachable. Show agents that there is some form of trust if a confidential conversation should ever happen. I cant stress enough how unprofessional the managers are.
