What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is open and accountable. Employees are treated respectfully and a constant dialogue is established to have a healthy work environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better understanding of life and things out of control of employees
Having a clear goal and vision
Start by listening. And helping, if we have specifically asked for help. Not pass responsibilities onto others. Be approachable. Show agents that there is some form of trust if a confidential conversation should ever happen. I cant stress enough how unprofessional the managers are.
The leadership team needs to get better at communication and cohesiveness.
