What needs to change to make the company culture better?Managers should speak to employees even if they don't like them. Part of managing is dealing with people you like or dislike.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If the portion I paid for health benefits didn't keep going up. Also, yearly increases that tracks closer to the CPI. Lastly, some sort of bonus given to those that have truly have gone above and beyond. Although given documented kudos from co-workers and partner departments, there was nothing extra
