Start by listening. And helping, if we have specifically asked for help. Not pass responsibilities onto others. Be approachable. Show agents that there is some form of trust if a confidential conversation should ever happen. I cant stress enough how unprofessional the managers are.

If the portion I paid for health benefits didn't keep going up. Also, yearly increases that tracks closer to the CPI. Lastly, some sort of bonus given to those that have truly have gone above and beyond. Although given documented kudos from co-workers and partner departments, there was nothing extra

I think it would be better if managers could switch up seating plans instead of sitting agents near friends therefore only encouraging the cliquey behaviour that is out of control in the building.

Managers should speak to employees even if they don't like them. Part of managing is dealing with people you like or dislike.
Be fair. Show respect. Show manners. LISTEN. Be professional. All basic things.
Leadership needs to do better at working together for the greater good of the staff. Try educating the call center agents more so that they can better understand how they fit into the overall picture; how important they are to the company's success.
