What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is great and affordable
Restricted Stock Options (RSA), Stock Purchase Plan, 401K and Bonuses.
I have the opportunity to put money into my 401K plan an that TSYS will match what I put in. The benefits are very well worth it.
Flexible time off for a true work life balance
Time off for work life balance, if only you were able to use it in a better organized manner.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team worked together,day or night.We worked through many Problem Management and System issues.Overall each of my Team Membet respected their roles and accountability for the subject matter and received high expectations of each other regardless of titles.Many broke ceiling barriers with success.
Good collaboration and healthy interactions.
We all get along an are family and if one of us is stuck the others come to help us out.
