Mr. Stanley Chia has been Head of Global Sales and Vice President at Tungsten Corporation Plc., since March 2017. Mr. Chia has been Head of Global Sales and Vice President at Tungsten Network Limited., since March 04, 2017. He is responsible for aligning his team's goals with Corporate objectives and delivering upon revenue targets across Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. He leads efforts to develop the business so as to achieve consistent and sustainable long-term business growth. Mr. Chia has been Sales Director of Singapore Operations of Stocks Austin since Ltd. since October 2007. Mr. Chia served as Sales Director of Asean Operations of Hyperion Solutions Corp. since October 12, 2006. He was pilot a core team of experienced sales managers in ASEAN to drive Hyperion's growth in the region by expanding its portfolio of customers across the different verticals and increasing its market share. Throughout his career with Hyperion, Mr. Chia has been influential in developing deals and has successfully won accounts such as Temasek Holdings, Singapore Sports Council, Keppel Corporation, Sembcorp, Ascendas Land, San Miguel Corporation, Cerebos, Singapore's Ministry of Manpower and Ministry of Home Affairs. Mr. Chia worked for SAP and IBM. Mr. Chia has a Masters in Business Administration in International Finance from the University of South Carolina where he graduated among the top of his class.

Dr. Douglas H. Oliver, also known as Doug, Ph.D, MBA served as Vice President of Exploration at Meadow Bay Gold Corporation from January 14, 2013 to August 1, 2016 and served as its Project Manager. Dr. Oliver has been Vice President of Exploration of Tungsten Corp. since December 14, 2012. Dr. Oliver serves as Vice President of Exploration at Nexus Gold Corp. Dr. Oliver serves as the Chief Geologist and Vice President of Operations of Hemis Corp. Dr. Oliver serves as Head of main projects at Monte Cristo Gold Corporation. Dr. Oliver served as President, Treasurer and Secretary at Tungsten Corp. since December 14, 2012. He served as Vice President of Exploration of Alabama Graphite Corp. from August 21, 2012 to November 4, 2015. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Yukon Gold Corp. Inc. from September 28, 2009 to March 21, 2011. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Tecton Corp. from December 2, 2006 to April 30, 2008 and Chief Geologist. He has 12 years of experience in corporate mineral exploration focusing primarily on the western United States and Alaska and also has eight years of international and domestic geological and management consulting experience. Dr. Oliver has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration. He served as an Exploration Geologist of Occidental Minerals Corporation of Lakewood, Colorado, from 1977 to 1983, where he managed precious metal exploration projects in Nevada, Utah and Idaho. He also supervised a molybdenum porphyry exploration project in Utah. From 1983 to 1986, Dr. Oliver served as the Senior Exploration Geologist of Tenneco Minerals in Anchorage, Alaska. Where he served as Project Manager for a volcanogenic massive sulfide reconnaissance program in southeast Alaska and a disseminated gold project in northeastern Nevada. Dr. Oliver has provided geologic and economic evaluations of precious metal exploration projects in Honduras, Nevada and the Yukon, diamond deposits in Colorado and has consulted for the State of Alaska Attorney General's office providing geologic and economic evaluations of a volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit in south-central Alaska. He has been a Director of Tungsten Corp. since December 14, 2012. He served as Director at Nexus Gold Corp since August 1, 2016. He served as a Director of Yukon Gold Corp. Inc. until March 21, 2011. He served as an Independent Director of Lateral Gold Corp. from March 1, 2013 to December 29, 2014. He served as a Director of Tecton Corp. from December 2, 2006 to September 14, 2007. He served as a Director of Hemis Corporation from March 21, 2006 to September 14, 2007. He serves on the research faculty at the University of Arkansas and for five years, he has taught Geology at Tarrant County College and the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Oliver holds a Ph.D. in Geology from Southern Methodist University in 1996, an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 and a bachelor's degree in Geology from Rutgers University in 1973.
