Mr. Brendan Lane has been Vice President of Operations and Development at Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. since February 1, 2016. Since 2013, Mr. Lane has served as Minera Escondida Limitada and Grasberg Finance Director at Rio Tinto Copper. In this capacity, he provided strategic guidance and decision support to operational management teams with joint venture partners BHP Billiton and Freeport-McMoRan. Previously, he held a variety of commercial roles in the Rio Tinto copper and coal business units as well as engineering positions at Anglo American and BHP Billiton. Mr. Lane holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Queensland and a Master of Applied Finance degree from the University of Southern Queensland.

Mr. Luke Colton has been Chief Financial Officer at Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. since October 09, 2017. Mr. Colton served as Chief Financial Officer at Richards Bay and was directly responsible for financial and managerial accounting, business planning, treasury, tax, warehousing and compliance functions as well as a member of the senior leadership team. He has been with Rio Tinto since 2004 and has worked in various business units, including minerals, iron ore and energy. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Manager Financial, Capital Accounting and Compliance for Rio Tinto Iron Ore, where he was responsible for the statutory reporting processes for the Western Australian iron ore entities. He served as Principal of Valuations and Analysis in Rio Tinto Controllers and Manager of Statutory Reporting and Control with Rio Tinto Energy America. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Mr. Colton served as Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young.

Ms. Virginia Flood serves as Vice President Canada at Rio Tinto. Prior to Rio Tinto, Ms. Flood worked more than ten years in senior positions in the Canadian Government. From September 2009 to May 2012, Ms. Flood served as Director General Policy, Minerals and Metals at Natural Resources Canada. Between June 2005 and September 2009, she was National Director and from June 2003 to June 2005 was Executive Advisor to the Deputy Minister at the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. From April 2001 to June 2003, Ms. Flood held a variety of executive roles in Veteran Affairs, the Privy Council and Transport Canada. She served as a Director of Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. since May 10, 2013 until May, 2014. She is a director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Mining Association of Canada.
