Mr. Donald A. Merril, also known as Don, serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at U.S. Silica Company, Inc. Mr. Bradford B. Casper, also known as Brad, has been Chief Commercial Officer at U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since May 26, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President 2016. Mr. Casper served as Vice President at U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since May 26, 2015 until 2016. Mr. Casper served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. from May 2011 to May 26, 2015. He was at Bain & Company, Inc., where he held various positions from 2002 to 2011 in the United States, Australia and Hong Kong and served as its Principal. He earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. John Paul Blanchard has been a Senior Vice President and President of Industrial & Specialty Products at U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since 2016 and served as its Vice President and General Manager of Industrial and Specialty Products since September 2011 until 2016. Mr. Blanchard possesses over 17 years' experience in a variety of industries, including nonwovens, composites and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining us, Mr. Blanchard held various positions of increasing responsibility with Johns Manville from 2005 to September 2011, including Global Business Director from December 2010 to September 2011 and Global Business Manager from February 2008 to December 2010. Mr. Blanchard earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Michael L. Winkler, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since December 2013 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Winkler served as an Executive Vice President of U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since 2016 and its Senior Vice President since July 2016. Mr. Winkler served as Vice President of U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since December 2013 until 2016. He served as a Vice President of Operations at U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. since June 2011. He joined U.S. Silica Holdings from Campbell's Soup where he served as a Vice President of Operations and responsible for multiple domestic facilities as well as the global sustainability team. He held various positions with Mars Inc. from 1996 to 2007, including Plant Manager of Columbus Plant and Director at Industrial Engineering. Mr. Winkler has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an M.B.A. from the University of North Texas.
