Mr. Michael D. Watford, also known as Mike, has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ultra Petroleum Corp. since January 1999. Mr. Watford serves as the President at UPL Three Rivers Holdings, LLC. Mr. Watford served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Ultra Petroleum Corp. since February 25, 2005. He served as a Consultant in private practice, from August 1997 until February 1999. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Nuevo Energy Company from 1994 until 1997. He served as the President of Torch Energy Marketing, Inc., from 1990 to 1994. He began his career in 1975 with Shell Oil Company where, Mr. Watford held various positions in exploration and production, refining, chemicals and mining. Mr. Watford has enjoyed a full range of industry experiences while working over his 34 year career for a number of energy companies including Superior Oil, Meridian Oil (Burlington Resources), Torch Energy and Nuevo Energy Company and held senior management positions in natural gas sales, marketing, exploration and production and corporate finance. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nuevo Energy Company. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Independent Petroleum Association of America since November 13, 2013 and its Director since 2005. He served as Vice Chairman of Independent Petroleum Association of America. Mr. Watford has been a Director at Ultra Petroleum Corp. since January 1999. He has been a Director of Bellwether Exploration Company since 1994. He serves on the Boards of Valerus and America's Natural Gas Alliance. He served as a Director of Nuevo Energy Company from 1994 to 1997. He served as a Director of Southern Mineral Corp. since 1998. He is member of the National Petroleum Council. Mr. Watford holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida in 1975 and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans in 1978.

Mr. C. Bradley Johnson, also known as Brad, has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Ultra Petroleum Corp. since April 1, 2014. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of Reservoir Engineering and Development at Ultra Petroleum Corp. from January 2011 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Johnson leads Ultra's reservoir engineering group and provide valuable insights and perspectives to the strategic goals and objectives. Mr. Johnson has over 15 years of experience that includes operations, engineering, acquisitions, project management and corporate planning. Prior to joining Ultra, He served in various leadership capacities with increasing responsibilities at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He served as a Director of Reservoir Engineering and Planning at Ultra Petroleum Corp. from 2008 to January 2011. Mr. Johnson obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and his Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas.

Mr. Garland R. Shaw has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Ultra Petroleum Corp. since August 1, 2014. Mr. Shaw served as Vice President and Controller at Ultra Petroleum Corp. from January 2013 until August 1, 2014 and from 2006 to August 1, 2014 respectively. Mr. Shaw joined Ultra Petroleum in 2006 as Corporate Controller. He leads Ultra's accounting and treasury functions. Mr. Shaw brings over 28 years of experience with increasing leadership and responsibility that includes accounting, financial analysis and economic evaluation for large multi-national energy companies. Mr. Shaw earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and holds an MBA from the University of Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Mr. Garrett B. Smith has been Vice President and General Counsel of Ultra Petroleum Corp since 2016 and has been its Corporate Secretary since November 2009. Mr. Smith served as Vice President and General Counsel of Leor Energy L.P. His responsibilities at Leor include providing legal oversight for all aspects of its business, including financings, acquisitions and divestitures, contracts, title matters, regulatory compliance and the management of outside counsel on special assignments. Prior to joining Leor Energy in March 2006, Mr. Smith worked at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. Since April 2005, Mr. Smith was intimately involved in Bracewell & Giuliani's representation of Leor and worked closely with its Management team on all corporate matters, including the negotiation, documentation and implementation of EnCana, Amaranth and Goldman Sachs transactions. At Bracewell & Giuliani, Mr. Smith represented clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters with a focus on oil, gas and energy transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, business combinations, debt and equity financings. In 1998, he earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Smith also received a B.A. in Humanities from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa, graduating magna cum laude in 1994.

Brad Johnson serves as the Senior Vice President Operations of Ultra Petroleum. Brad started at Ultra Petroleum in Apr of 2014. Brad currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

Jill Sanford serves as the VP HR of Ultra Petroleum. Jill started at Ultra Petroleum in Aug of 2018. Jill currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.

David Honeyfield serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ultra Petroleum. David started at Ultra Petroleum in November of 2018. David currently resides in the Greater Denver Area.
