Mr. Kenneth H. Globus, also known as Ken, has been the Chairman at United-Guardian Inc. since September 2009 and its Chief Executive Officer since December 2006. Mr. Globus has been President and General Counsel at United-Guardian Inc. since July 1988. He served as Chief Financial Officer of United-Guardian Inc. from November 1997 to December 2006 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Robert S. Rubinger has been an Executive Vice President and Secretary at United-Guardian Inc. since July 1988 and its Chief Financial Officer since December 2006 and Treasurer since May 2010. Mr. Rubinger served as Treasurer of United Guardian Inc., from May 1994 to May 2004 and its Vice President from February 1982 to July 1988. He has been a Director of United-Guardian Inc. since 1982. Mr. Rubinger holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Hunter College.

Mr. Joseph J. Vernice has been a Vice President at United-Guardian Inc., since February 1995 and served as its Director of Technical Services since 1991 and served as its Manager of Research & Development since 1988. From November 1991 to February 1995, he served as an Assistant Vice President of United Guardian Inc.

Roseann LaCorte has been Controller and Accounting Manager at United-Guardian Inc. since August 2010. From June 2006 to July 2010, Roseann LaCorte served as an Assistant Controller of VS Management, Inc., Ronkonkoma, NY, a human resource benefits outsourcing company, and served as Senior Accountant for Estee Lauder Companies, Melville, NY for more than 2 years, a major manufacturer of cosmetic products.

Mr. Peter A. Hiltunen has been Vice President of United-Guardian Inc. since July 2002 and its Production Manager since 1982. Mr. Hiltunen served as an Assistant Vice President at United-Guardian Inc. from November 1991 to July 2002.
