Mr. Robert G. Schoenberger has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Unitil Corp. since October 1997 and April 01, 2003 respectively. Mr. Schoenberger served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at the New York Power Authority (state owned public power enterprise) from 1993 to 1997. He has been the Chairman of The Board at Unitil Corp. since October 1997. He has been an Independent Director at Satcon Technology Corporation since December 2007. Mr. Black served as the President at Usource for Unitil Corp. from June 2003 to 2009. Mr. Thomas P. Meissner Jr. has been Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Unitils Corp., since June 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations from February 2003 to June 2005. Mr. Meissner joined Unitil in 1994 and served as Unitils Director of Engineering from 1998 to 2003. He was employed by the Public Service Company of New Hampshire from 1985 to 1994.

Mr. George E. Long, Jr., served as Vice President of Administration at Unitil Service Corp. until August 1, 2017. Mr. Long has been a Vice President of Administration at Unitil Corporation since February 2003. He joined Unitil Corporation in 1994 and served as Director of Human Resources from 1998 to 2003. He served as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Monarch Life Insurance Company from 1985 to 1994.

Raymond Letourneau serves as the Vice President of Electric Operations of Unitil. Raymond started at Unitil in June of 1996. Raymond currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
