the company is always under staff but wants to work the employers as if they are fully staffed. There is no growth in the company unless you are related to someone in management. Just not worth it no one is happy in the place . Just there to get a check and thats about it .

its not about the co workers its the management. I feel like the supervisors on the floors goals may be to high for the understaff shifts.
