Mr. Eric Felder served as the Head of Markets at Barclays Plc from April 7, 2014 to 2015. Mr. Felder has oversight of the Investment Bank's global sales and trading businesses across all asset classes. Prior to taking on this position, Mr. Felder was Co-Head of Securities, responsible for the Global Credit, Emerging Markets, and Fixed Income Syndicate businesses. He joined Barclays as Head of Credit Trading in September 2008. He served as a Research Analyst of Barclays Capital, Research Division. Mr. Felder served as the Co-Head of Fixed Income at Lehman Brothers Inc. since September 9, 2008. He served as the Global Co-Head of Fixed Income Division at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. since September 2008. He joined Lehman Brothers in 1994 and held a variety of roles in Fixed Income Division including head of Global High Grade Credit, Head of High Grade Corporate Bond Trading and Co-Head of Global Credit Products in the Americas. In June 2008, he was appointed head of Global Credit Products. Mr. Felder was with the D. E. Shaw Group. He serves on the Board of Directors of CDS IndexCo and Venture for America, Inc. He serves as a Member of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's Corporate Bond Transparency Committee. He serves on the Regional Board of Building with Books, a New York-based charity. Mr. Felder holds a B.S. degree with dual concentrations in Finance and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
