Mr. Thomas W. Roberts, also known as Tom, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Cole Credit Property Trust IV, Inc. since December 17, 2014. Mr. Roberts has been the Chief Investment Officer of at VEREIT, Inc. since October 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2014. He serves as an Executive Vice President at American Realty Capital, LLC. He also served as Vice President, Real Estate Development, for the Koll Company. Mr. Michael J. Bartolotta, also known as Mike, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Cole Real Estate Income Strategy (Daily NAV), Inc. since May 30, 2016. Mr. Bartolotta has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of VEREIT, Inc. since October 5, 2015. Mr. Bartolotta served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. from February 17, 2012 to September 1, 2015. He joined IFIL USA Inc. since its inception in January 2004. He served as Vice President of EXOR, Inc. Mr. Bartolotta has worked for the Agnelli Group since 1991 as the Chief Financial Officer of EXOR America Inc. (EXOR America was the Group's prior private equity vehicle that successfully invested over $2 billion in the United States, in over 25 significant direct investments, since the mid 1970's). Mr. Bartolotta served as EXOR Inc.'s GAAP, Tax and SEC technical expert in numerous acquisitions and divestitures and was responsible for all accounting and treasury functions for EXOR's U.S. holding companies. Mr. Bartolotta monitored the operating and financial performance of EXOR's U.S. investments including all accounting, tax and benefit issues, as well as having corporate directorship responsibilities, audit committee participation, IRS audit supervision and participation in arbitration cases. He also served as U.S. representative of EXOR's substantial investments in approximately 20 private equity / venture capital funds, including participation on various advisory boards. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Bartolotta was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Great American Recreation Inc. and related companies, a group of multi-divisional public and private corporations engaged in the leisure activity, hotel and real estate development markets. From 1983 to 1986 Mr. Bartolotta served as an Assistant Corporate Controller of General Instrument Corporation, an international manufacturer of electronic components and related services where he was responsible for all corporate accounting functions including internal and external reporting, SEC filings, general accounting and payroll departments. Mr. Bartolotta started his career with Price Waterhouse LLP, New York where he was an auditor from 1978 to 1983. Mr. Bartolotta received a BS from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. From 1995 to 2000 he also served as the voluntary Treasurer of the American Italian Cancer Foundation, a philanthropic organization funding cancer research. Mr. Bartolotta received his bachelor's degree from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Mr. Paul H. McDowell, J.D., has been President of Office & Industrial Group at ARC Advisory Services, LLC since September 27, 2013. Mr. McDowell has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at VEREIT, Inc. since October 2015 and is responsible for the office and industrial portfolio including acquisitions, sale-leasebacks and build-to-suits. He Co-Founded CapLease Inc. (formerly, Capital Lease Funding Inc.) and served as its Chief Executive Officer since March 2001 until 2014. Mr. McDowell served with Capital Lease Funding Inc., and its predecessor companies since 1994 and served as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1994 to February 2001. From 1991 to 1994, he served as Corporate Counsel for Sumitomo Corporation of America, the principal U.S. subsidiary of one of the world's largest integrated trading companies. He advised on a wide rage of domestic and international corporate legal matters, including acquisitions, complex financing transactions, power plant development, shipping, litigation management and real estate. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. McDowell served as an Associate in the Corporate Department for the Boston law firm of Nutter, McClennen & Fish. He served as the Chairman of CapLease Inc., since December 12, 2007 until November 05, 2013 and served as its Director since November 2003 until November 05, 2013. He served as a Director of Feldman Mall Properties Inc., since December 2004. He served as a Director of Capital Lease Funding LLC from November 2001 to March 2004. Mr. McDowell received a JD with honors from Boston University School of Law in 1987 and received a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University in 1982.
