Dr. James F. Dempsey, Ph.D., founded ViewRay, Inc. in March 2004 and has been its Chief Scientific Officer since March 2004. Dr. Dempsey has been a Director of ViewRay, Inc since January 2008. He has more than 17 years of experience in the field of radiotherapy medical physics. He served as a faculty member in the University of Florida Department of Radiation Oncology, as Assistant Professor from July 2001 to July 2007 and Associate Professor from July 2007 to January 2008. His expertise in nuclear chemistry and physics, medical physics and optimization science is being used to carefully guide the scientific and technical aspects of the Renaissance's??? development. He served as the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board at ViewRay, Inc. Dr. Dempsey holds a B.S. in Radiochemistry from San Jose State University and a Ph.D. in Nuclear Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Douglas H. Keare, also known as Doug, has been Chief Operating Officer of ViewRay, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Keare has over twenty years of technology and medical device executive experience, including roles at Accuray and ADAC Labs. He co-founded RallyOn, Inc. in 2008 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Vice President of Customer and Technical Support at Accuray Incorporated since December 2002. Mr. Keare served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for Pricing Dynamics. He held several positions at ADAC Laboratories in Customer Support, Operations and Quality from 1992 to 1999. As Vice President of Quality, he led ADAC's successful effort to win the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award in 1996. Mr. Keare received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Ajay Bansal serves as the CFO for ViewRay Inc. Ajay started at ViewRay Inc in June of 2016. Ajay is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Martin Fuss serves as the Chief Medical Officer and Executive Director, Clinical Cooperative Think Tank for ViewRay, Inc.. Martin started at ViewRay, Inc. in May of 2018. Martin is based in the Portland, Oregon Area.

Michael Cogswell serves as the SVP Global Sales for ViewRay, Inc.. Michael started at ViewRay, Inc. in April of 2016. Michael is based in the Orange County, California Area.
