Mr. Richard Fante, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Business Development at Innocoll Holdings plc (formerly known as Innocoll AG) since August 20, 2015. Mr. Fante founded and served as the President of RF Consulting LLC since April 11, 2013. He has been Senior Advisor of VIVUS Inc. since May 2013. Prior to founding RF Consulting, Mr. Fante spent over nineteen years at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the United States. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Astrazeneca U.S. at AstraZeneca Canada Inc. He served as the President of AstraZeneca US at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP since November 2008 and its Regional Vice President of Americas since November 2011. He served as Chief Executive Officer of North America Operations and Regional Vice President of North America at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP. He also served as Treasurer of National Pharmaceutical Council. Mr. Fante served as the Vice President of Brand Strategy and Portfolio Operations of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP until November 2008. He lead the development and execution of marketing strategies at all AstraZeneca brands, ensuring that healthcare professionals and patients are informed about AstraZeneca medicines and related programs. In this role, he leads the executive team charged with delivering US sales and profits for all marketed brands. Mr. Fante served as Vice President of Primary Care of the GI and respiratory franchises. He joined Astra USA in 1995 and has held a number of leadership positions in marketing, including Vice President of Marketing Operations and key positions overseeing the launches of RHINOCORT AQUA??? (budesonide) Nasal Spray and PULMICORT RESPULES. He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals sector. He has deep experience in the management and execution of commercial product strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. He has an established track record of constructing and managing strong teams and aligning large and small organizations to deliver results. He worked at Lederle Laboratories in New Jersey, where he began his career as a sales representative. He served as the Chairman of National Pharmaceutical Council (2012) and serves as its Director. He has been a Director of Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc since May 2015. He was a Member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science Roundtable on Value and Science. Mr. Fante holds Bachelor's degree in Biology at Princeton University and Master of business administration from University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Dr. Santosh T. Varghese, M.D. has been Chief Medical Officer at VIVUS Inc. since January 2016. Dr. Varghese served as Vice President of Medical & Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and QA at VIVUS Inc. since October 2013 to December 2015. He served as Head of Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance and Vice President of VIVUS Inc. until July 20, 2015. He served as Vice President of Medical Affairs at VIVUS Inc., since March 2012. At VIVUS, he establishes the medical affairs group for Qnexa and provides scientific and medical brand strategy to the commercial team and he also supervises and provides direction to field based teams and assume responsibility for safety and interaction with the FDA. Previously, Dr. Varghese served as Elan Corporation, where he was responsible for the global and U.S. medical affairs bio-neurology therapeutic group for Tysabri. Prior to Elan, he built and led medical affairs teams responsible for large brands, such as Allegra and Nasacort at Aventis/Sanofi-Aventis; Clarinex/Claritin, Nasonex, Integrilin, Zetia, Vytorin and other compounds within Schering-Plough/Merck.

Mr. Mark K. Oki, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at VIVUS Inc. since October 19, 2015. Mr. Oki served as the Chief Financial Officer of Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc from July 2012 to October 16, 2015 and its Senior Vice President of Finance from July 26, 2012 to October 16, 2015 and Principal Accounting Officer from May 2010 to October 16, 2015. Mr. Oki served as the Principal Financial Officer and Secretary of Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc. since December 2011 until October 2015 and as its Vice President of Finance from December 2009 to July 26, 2012 and Controller from April 2006 to 2010 and also as Senior Director. He served as a Controller at Pharmacyclics, Inc. from June 2001 to April 2006. From 1998 to 2001, he held several positions at Incyte Genomics, including Assistant Controller. From 1992 to 1997, he held several positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP. He served as Director of Alexza Pharmaceuticals Inc., since 2006. Mr. Oki received his B.S. degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from San Jose State University.

Mr. John L. Slebir, Esq. has been Senior Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of VIVUS, Inc. since January 2014 and January 2011 respectively Mr. Slebir has been Secretary at VIVUS Inc. since June 2012. He has been a General Counsel of Cardiva Medical, Inc. since July 2006. He was an Attorney of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati and He practices corporate and securities law and his practice areas include corporate finance, corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. He served as Vice President of Business Development at VIVUS Inc. since June 2011 to January 2014. Mr. Slebir is admitted to practice at State Bar of California. Mr. Slebir received a B.A. in Communications from San Diego State University in 1987 and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991.

Ted Broman serves as the Vice President, Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control of VIVUS, Inc.. Ted started at VIVUS, Inc. in January of 2006. Ted currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Scott Oehrlein serves as the Chief Operations Officer of VIVUS, Inc.. Scott started at VIVUS, Inc. in May of 2018. Scott currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
